5 Major Things I’ve Learned in Film School

Going to film school definitely opened my eyes to a lot of things. It made me look at art differently, movies differently, characters differently, business differently and Hollywood differently.

The film, Media, and Television industry is something we see daily. It’s crazy how much our lives revolve around watching things online, at the movies, at home and etc. If you are thinking about going to film school, I highly recommend going. It changes your perspective on a lot of things.

Here are the five things I’ve learned:

Criticism

I learned to take and handle criticism now. I learned that criticism is necessary in order to grow.

Perspective

I really learned to have multiple perspectives when it comes to everyday life. We all look at things from a different angle.

Creativity

I learned how to bee more creative and tap into my artistic side.

Business

I learned that everything is a business and relationships are important.

Save Your Money

I’ve learned to save your money because the film industry is very inconsistent financially, however, pays bomb if you get the right gigs.
