
A lot of people think confidence is all about the outer appearance, but honestly, it’s not. The most beautiful people from the outside can feel so insecure in the inside. Insecurities always eventually show rather when you are in a relationship or around your friends.
I used to bee extremely insecure about myself because of my body and how I looked growing up. By transforming my life around to positivity and working out, I’ve gained so much confidence since then. Right now at this moment, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. I feel good, I feel secure with whom I am. I’m confident in my future goals, my brand and overall myself.
Follow these steps to gaining more confidence:
– Fitness/Working Out: working out just 30mins a day in some type of way can really make you feel so good.
-Shopping: get some new clothes, some new bras and underwear it can make you feel so sexy and confident.
-Hair: go pamper yourself by getting new hair, changing your look around etc.
-Makeup: try some new lashes, a new nude lipstick, and try something new.
-Reading: honestly reading books can make you feel more confident in your business and career.
-Prayer: pray to a higher power and ask for confidence.
-Mentor: Find a mentor or watch YouTube videos on the people you look up to.
