How to Time Manage Your Social Media Pages?

Lately, I’ve been getting asked this question a lot on how am I able to bee consistent with all my social media profiles, especially maintaining my website and blogging.

Blogging is extremely time consuming and some people aren’t able to maintain multiple accounts. However, I believe that if you really truly love social media and want to make it as your career you have to put in the time.

I’m going to list below some of my daily routines and how I am able to manage my Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Snapchat accounts.

Scheduling Posts

Facebook is great for scheduling posts. I highly recommend spending at least 10 minutes on a Sunday or Monday and scheduling everything out for the week so you don’t have to worry about it. I also have this dope app on my phone called

I also have this dope app on my phone called IFTTT. This app has changed my life! My blog posts, YouTube videos, and Instagram pictures automatically go to Facebook and Twitter for my @BiancaBeeShow twitter handle. So I never have to stay active on that account.

Also, there are tons of templates online that can help you time manage all your accounts, especially your business accounts. Hootsuite is also very good.

Instagram Features

With Instagram, I recently made my personal page into a business page. It shows your Insights and the best times to post on your account. I love this feature! I also try to post on Instagram 2-3 times a day and use hashtags. Hashtags are everything!

YouTube Videos

I work a regular job, however, my boss and I make my scheduling very convenient. When I was at E! it was a 9-5 so I would spend Saturdays and Sundays filming. YouTube is a platform you definitely have to bee consistent on or you will loose your engagement. I try to post 2-3 videos a week on YouTube.

Blogging

I try to plan out my blogs by writing multiple posts at night time at least twice out the week so my week of posts are all set to go. I also have WordPress on my phone, just in case I need to make any edits or changes.

Snapchat

Snapchat is one of my favorite apps because I can use it all throughout the day and bee myself.

Mobile App

I do have a mobile app and I have my assistant Cameron running that for me.

Maintaining social media can bee hard but if you really want your business or blog to consistently have viewers and engagement, you have to bee consistent. Stop making excuses!
